Lincoln Technical Institute's South Plainfield Campus is a pure diesel technician’s school. Formerly Engine City Technical Institute, our hands-on diesel training programs prepare students for entry-level positions in a variety of fields related to diesel mechanics. Our convenient class sizes allow our students to have dedicated time to actual hands-on training. You'll get plenty of guidance from our professional instructors, and spend most of your time learning by doing.

The South Plainfield Campus offers an approximately 48,000 square foot facility with air-conditioning in all classrooms. Training equipment consists of trucks, diesel engines, transmissions, differentials, components, accessories, mockup materials, industry specific tools, visual aids and computer labs that will enhance your course studies.
