Featuring commercially-equipped culinary kitchens and classrooms inside our 367,000 square foot facility, students enrolled in Culinary Arts programs at Lincoln Culinary Institute, a division of Lincoln Technical Institute - Hartford, let their inner foodie run wild. Here, they study theory and gain practical culinary experience in kitchen and restaurant management.
Chefs-in-training will learn how to:
- Prep cuisines from around the world with standard equipment and tools.
- Bake using classic pastry techniques taught by our staff of seasoned chef instructors.
