Graduates from automotive and diesel training programs at Lincoln Technical Institute, Lincoln College of Technology or the Nashville Auto-Diesel College (NADC), after meeting certain criteria, may qualify for a variety of third-party manufacturer training programs.

Audi Academy*

You’ll not only learn how to use Audi-specific diagnostic equipment and tools, you’ll also receive the work-intensive technical training that will equip you with the model-specific knowledge, enthusiasm and confidence required to jumpstart your career.

International ITEP*

ITEP, the International Technician Education Program, is a curriculum sponsored by the International Truck and Engine Corporation, a leading producer of highway trucks and engines

The ITEP program offers intensive hands-on training that focuses on medium and heavy truck technology and includes experience with International® brand diagnostic equipment, engines and electronic systems. Utilizing the most up-to-date methods and procedures, ITEP instructors are all experts in their individual fields and will pass their expert skills and knowledge on to you.

Mercedes-Benz Elite*

Designed to train and prepare qualified candidates for careers with Mercedes-Benz dealerships, the ELITE Training Program emphasizes the professionalism, pride, responsibility and trust which personifies the qualities of a Mercedes-Benz technician.

As a student you’ll have first-hand exposure to professional-standard tools, engines and model-specific information, taught by Mercedes-Benz professionals seeking only the finest students to train for successful careers at the dealerships representing the world leader of the automotive industry.

Volkswagen Academy*

Volkswagen of America, Inc. has created the Volkswagen Academy Technician Recruitment Program (VATRP), to meet this need. The Academy provides hands-on training with late-model vehicles that include Passats, GTIs, Jettas, Golfs, and, of course, the ever popular Beetle.

Students learn model-specific skills and knowledge taught by Volkswagen professionals using the latest technology and tools. Academy graduates can also qualify to earn Volkswagen Technician Certifications, an impressive career advantage at any of the 600+ U.S. Volkswagen dealerships throughout the nation.

Volvo SAFE*

Volvo Cars of North America has created the Service Automotive Factory Education (SAFE) program, to provide the most current training available in Volvo systems and technology. Through Volvo’s focused, hands-on curriculum, students will gain comprehensive knowledge, skills and firsthand familiarity with the outstanding safety and engineering systems that distinguish the Volvo brand from all others.

Graduates will be equipped with everything they need to succeed as a qualified Volvo Service Technician, and, after two years experience at a Volvo Dealership and a yearly assessment, may also qualify for an ASE Master Certification.
