Welcome to Lincoln Culinary Institute's Community Cooking Program at our West Palm Beach Campus!

Our community cooking classes are designed to introduce the amateur chef to the world of cooking. Whether you are a homemaker, busy professional or just enjoy cooking as a hobby, we invite you to join us at Lincoln Culinary Institute's West Palm Beach Campus as we explore the culinary arts. Students prepare recipes in a hands-on environment with assistance from professionally trained chef instructors. Impress your friends with your knife skills and gourmet touches. No experience required.

Our chefs are accomplished culinary educators. They will inspire you with their creative skills and wealth of knowledge. All of the courses are designed by our faculty to develop your skills to their fullest potential. I'm certain you'll enjoy a changed menu on some favorites and some new menus as much as we did when we created them!

• Improve your culinary skills by working side-by-side with Lincoln Culinary Institute’s renowned Chefs in a hands-on, interactive kitchen. Aprons are provided to each student.
• Be sure to bring food containers, as you are welcome to bring home food prepared in class.
• All classes are held on Saturday at the Lincoln Culinary Institute. Classes begin promptly at 10:00 AM and conclude at approximately 2:00 PM.
• Dress for safety and comfort. Please wear slacks and enclosed, flat shoes.
• Age requirements: 13 years old accompanied by an adult. 15 years without an adult.
• All classes are $125.
• Pre-payment (gift certificate, credit card transaction or cash) is required for a guaranteed reservation in class and a final sale upon confirmation from the registration desk. In the event of cancellation, prepaid registrants are eligible for a class credit only if notice is received on or before 12:00 a.m. (midnight) the Monday prior to class.
• For cancellations later than the period specified, class credit will not be issued.
• Cash refunds are not available.
• Gift Certificates expire one year from the date of issue.
• Lincoln Culinary Institute reserves the right to postpone or cancel classes as a result of unforeseen circumstances. Registered participants are encouraged to switch their registration to another class.
