Lincoln Culinary Institute's Suffield Campus is accredited by the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges (ACCSC). The American Culinary Federation Education Foundation Accrediting Commission (ACFEFAC) accredits the Advanced Culinary Arts Program (ACAP).

Lincoln Culinary Institute is also approved by the Connecticut Commission of Higher Education and approved by the Veterans Administration for the training of veterans.
